Pond side flowers

These pretty flowers are at the edge of a small pond beside one of D & L’s holiday cottages on the Mull croft. I think L said they were Primulas and she asked me to take a few shots before they finished flowering.

Quite a wet morning and the midges were out in force - vicious little brutes that we haven’t encountered too often as we don’t usually visit in the summer months.
