Tenuous? Sorry.

A beautiful morning, too good to waste, especially with rain forecast tomorrow, so I ran four kilometers from Koshien to Mukogawa Station, then eleven kilometers along the Muko River to Takarazuka, then back again making thirty kilometers in total.

Feeling energised now.
