Sona Jobarteh

Last time she played Africa Oyé, two years ago, apparently it was pissing down. I don't really remember that. What I do remember is the glorious kora playing and the fabulous voice. This evening was a welcome repeat and, if anything even better. 

Oyé just continues to deliver more and more - better each year. More merch, more people, more food and a world class line up. We are so lucky to have this within walking distance.
