Bottle of the Good Stuff

This wine is one of our favourites. From the Thompson Estate in Margaret River. When we first had it we sample it direct from the barrel. The wine isn’t flashy - see basic printed label - but it is very good. With winter now here is the perfect wine for a cooler evening (didn’t need much of an excuse to be fair!).

For once we actually have a decent supply of wine and spirits! Some are still left for special occasions though.
