Stage 4

Nearly there!  I've spent the entire day in the house so my blip is of our new fireplace with the living room back together.  I really like it!

Tony has been at Chatsworth checking some courses for the Junior Inter Regional competition in September, so I took advantage of having the house to myself to do some more painting (still a couple of bits there to do when the plaster has dried), then clean the carpet; put the curtains back and the furniture.  I thought I was done at 6.30pm but I've just spotted a sooty skirting which was behind some shelves!

I guess the next blip of the new fireplace will be on a winter's evening when it's lit!
