Dropped wom at nursery
Took ages to get through the traffic going to the show
Went to work to do auditions for lion king
Took a while but some amazing singing
Home
Started to clean
Had call from school to say munchie was poorly - got to her and she was a distressed crying heap. Tummy flare up again.

Found that putting her in the shower helps and medicine - calpol and nurofen together. After about three hours she bounced back

Took her to the docs to get her checked.
Docs agreed was another flare up - they are now saying they are stomach migraines - nothing that can be done, but mediate as quickly as possible.

I’m off out tonight with the coffee club girls
