Aikerness (Day 1136)

There were a few things to do around the house this morning, so we had a little bit of a lazy start. The wind had dropped a bit by the time we were out with the dogs.
As I pottered about doing various stuff, my beautiful wife headed to the dump to get rid of some rubbish. 
Later, we headed to Aikerness for a wander along the beach. The light was beautiful, and it seemed the saturation had been turned up on all the colours. The beach looked lovely, but the strong wind made it chilly.
Back home, HV zoomed off to do hoss stuff whilst I went to Mum and Dad's to do a couple of little jobs.
We met back at home before HV went into town for a shift at work. I set about cutting the grass, and making a cake. Sounds like HV is having a horrible shift and will be in need of cake on her return home...
