Lagoa da Velo

Today we cycled from Praia da Mira to Figueira de Foz through vast pine forest built on sand . It’s interspersed with lagoons like this with hovering and ghostly mist. The day culminated in a big climb encouraged to view the best view in Portugal. But all we could see was mist! A great downhill to our destination.
