Nut Roast...

Fresh from the oven for our lunch at Yoga tomorrow. I am also bringing carrot, nut and raisin salad and a Greek type tomato salad with vegan cheese (some are vegan and the nut roast has eggs). My stomach has just rumbled... but NO, I must resist! :-)
