What I remember most from this day is that the leak was fixed!! Tim was on the phone early, workmen arrived promptly and a small seal was replaced making the system watertight.

There was much rejoicing in London and Puglia!!

We were having breakfast outside when the good news arrived. I've become accustomed to having breakfast with bees buzzing, butterflies fluttering, swallows dipping and diving over the pool and little lizards coming by to say hello.

In th evening we went into lovely little Ceglie Messapica to have a drink to celebrate. It's such a warm, inviting place (with a photo in the extra).
