I can't imagine a venue in Ireland that would be allowed to feature a small 'river' running through it. But nobody fell in ;-)

Day 1 of the European Validation Festival here in Brussels. There are many projects from around Europe that attempt to tackle the validation/recognition of prior learning. Many are, like the floating coloured balls, at the micro level with nothing really, like the 'river', at the macro level.

The extra was taken during the lunch break. Clarity? Perhaps ;-)
