An interesting mix

In amongst residential flats there's barren-looking land, but half a dozen rolled bales indicate some crop's been harvested there. I liked the sunflowers growing in one corner. Such a surprise in the middle of a built-up area. Quite incongruous!

The block of flats, where we're renting our (very comfortable, self-catering) apartment, has its own feral cat-in-residence, complete with three kittens. (See Extra.) Back to Blighty tomorrow, but it's been fabulous. And we still have tomorrow morning to enjoy ...
