Wild Water

Storm Hector blew into town (or at least across the headlands and into the voes). Shetland didn't get as hard hit as some other places, but the winds did dump a lot of energy into the waves.

If you look closely at the image, you'll see a couple of guillemots flying across the wave - hopefully the storm won't have done too much damage to their nesting sites.
