Hector shines!

Storm Hector has brought extremely strong winds that have resulted in leaves, branches and walls littering the place...but it's also brought the most glorious sunshine filled evening! 

I was battered and blown about on my evening stroll but as the sun was beaming down I couldn't resist an alternative route...a trip through the "bluebell woods". The bluebells have long gone but I love walking through this gate onto the open fields at the end of the woodland area. 

What a treat! I've also done a load of washing, after all, as they say "it's a good drying day!!"...just hope it doesn't actually blow away!!
