Before It All Went Wrong

Matthew had a game this morning. Wasn't the greatest of mornings. Adam was vomiting overnight. I probably should have said Matthew couldn't play, but Adam seemed okay to stand with me and watch. Big mistake. By the time they kicked off he was white as a ghost, and in the second half he was hunched over and retching. Poor little man.
To add insult to injury, Matthew's team put in their worst performance for over 12 months, and lost heavily. The other team were pretty good, but we definitely made them look better than they were.
