Solitary Cloud!

Walking along the sea front this morning.....I was struck by the all-round blue sky.......
except for one small, rather whispy, solitary, white cloud .....directly above the Sierra Helada.
.....microclimate?....local land thermals?
am not certain!.....definitely an anomaly!!
