Jordan came for Archie. The morning was lovely, but the day deteriorated and cooled down. In fact, Storm Hector is on its way, apparently. I nailed down the new AstroTurf roofs on the sheds. Don’t want them flying off down the road.

The chap came to check out our bathroom renovations. A few problems, but not really, they can work out everything. He now has to come back with another chap to measure up properly. Exciting!

In the afternoon Rufus came to visit because his mum went off galavanting to a posh afternoon team (regular photos followed). I don’t think he cried too much. Well, I had my EarPods in, so I didn’t hear him. He insisted on checking out the new AstroTurf.

A friend is arriving tomorrow. We've been inviting her here for the past 20 years. Pity she her arrival coincides with (Storm) Hector after all the good weather we've been having.
