A board walk ....

but certainly not a boring walk. 

L and I visited New Lanark this morning ... our visit was threefold ....

1  Enjoy a cuppa and a wonderful scone
2  Follow the River Clyde up to the Corra Linn Falls ... not as stunning as 
    usual due to the lack of rain
3  Visit the Great Tapestry of Scotland exhibition which is in New Lanark 
    until July 1st

The walk along by the river is very popular and we met many other walkers ... some serious with back packs and walking poles, others meandering along with a dog or two.

Much chillier tonight AND it's rather windy and a bit wet ... not cold enough to put the heating on but I might be tempted to put the fire on later.
