Do not throw rubbish

Went on a day trip to Matsumoto, a city in Nagano prefecture located in Central Japan, with Father. On the way to Matsumoto, we stopped by at Obasute Station, which is renowned for a stunning view from the platform. In addition to its nice platform, the station itself has some attraction for those who love railways, which made my father excited; he is a railway fan as well.

While in Matsumoto, I spotted this yellow sign on the ground many times. I don't know why 'rubbish' was chosen here in a country where British English is not taught that much. Anyway I was glad to find a sign with the name of Matsumoto city (it's only written in Japanese though).
