After deadheading the roses. Still looking very beautiful I think. This rose, Gertrude Jekyll, always has so many blooms and it smells lovely rather like Turkish delight. It's a big strong growing rose. More stuff in the garden today - cleared round my really old rambler, and sorting out an area under the big sycamore tree where we're thinking of putting a seat.
