Hi-vis numpties

A suspect package in the Oracle toilets led to an outbreak of hi-vis numpties getting all excitable running around talking into radios while not achieving anything. After an alert at 9am the whole place is still closed off 12 hours later and the police are "trying to establish if there is a viable device"
