Graven Hotel
It's been mostly cloudy all day. There was a light shower over lunchtime, a sunny afternoon and then back to cloudy.
I've had a day working in the museum office. Plenty to try and catch up with, and plenty of new piles arrived on my desk. So me puttering about the garden this evening, and try my best to protect the garden from the gales coming. I've also been to the greenhouse to get more of my flowers down to the shed. Off to work in the pub later.
I had a photo mission on my lunch break, and headed north. On my way back, I stopped off for lunch at the Graven Hotel. Needless to say, I didn't eat here! The hotel had it's doors shut 30 odd years ago, and nearly reopened a few years ago when an American casino wanted to renovate the building, never happened. The public bar was known as Da Pig Swill. I was never in the place, but sounds like a great place to drink!?! Full of gricy oil workers I'd think. Taken at Graven, Delting.
