Blessings....

who helps me out with my small garden and any odd jobs I need doing!  Today was a really sad day for him.  Last night he went to his best friends house to talk to him and his wife as they were having some family issues!  This morning he woke up to find that his best friend had taken his own life in the middle of the night.  So heartbreaking and such a loss of a young man's life. 

Suicide in Zambia is extremely high with males being more prevalent than females.  It also seems more common among young people, but I am not really sure why.  Its a sad day for us today.
