Whizzzz

I know this is a dreadful photo, but believe it or not I was deliberately trying to get the blurry effect. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I travelled through to Edinburgh by bus to meet cousin Alison for lunch and when I got to Urban Angel, our favourite eating place, I was surprised to find my brother there too! I hadn't seen him since my nephew's wedding nearly eight years ago.

As his wife's carer - my sister-in-law has MS - he had got the chance of a few days' respite and had come up from Selby. Even though we keep in touch via FB, it was lovely to catch up with him in the flesh before he had to dash for his train.

The blip was taken from the moving bus on Princes Street on my homeward journey.
