Happy Birthday Federation Square

This weekend was Federation Squares 10th birthday and what better way to celebrate than Chinese Dragon dances! I highly recommend these for all celebrations, and in particular if you're a fan of cymbals and drums. There was a dancing flash mob, a free symphony orchestra (not to take home - just to listen to) and lots of quirky bits and pieces to do. There is also an awesome stick sculpture that will feature in the November postings I think. Either way - Happy Birthday Federation Square! Lots of people hate your weird shaped buildings and odd industrial feel but I love you and have greatly appreciated the adventures you have provided whilst I have been here! Bravo!
