Water Dragon.

While most of the office were watching the Melbourne Cup, I strolled back to the Roma Street Parklands to have another look for the geocache that we were unable to find on the weekend. No luck on the geocache. However I did stumble across this glorious fellow sunning himself and inquisitively watching me as I wandered about.
