A walk with the phone again this morning.

Guy Faulks (who ever he was) pounded the night last night and I am pleased to report that the burn money economy in Wanaka is alive and very well and The Chinese banger makers will be reporting explosive earnings yet again. BUT the Boss's secret plan also worked a treat.
He barricaded me in his studio and rented a movie from Apple "The Game" which was watched on his 23" monitor with the sound turned up and the only time I responded was when a couple of large dogs chased someone in the movie and the barking got my interest. Phew what a relief. Now we just have to deal with the hoarded bangers waiting for that supreme moment of delight at 2.00 am when the party people stagger home and want to share their fun with the sleeping residents of the town.

Meanwhile in other news. A big thank you for the amazing response to yesterday's Iphone shot. Gobsmacked would be the word. Just to prove that it was not an accident here's another one. This tree has almost been washed out of the lake and the roots are almost completely exposed but not completely completely and the new growth caught my eye as I was heading there for a sniff. YES a sniff...OK? Right!
The root structure was pretty ugly so got cropped and the shot got some Lightroom touch up as usual.

Comments will be a bit sparse for a few days as The Boss is joining The Bosses in Auckland to see Mary Poppins (The stage show) and catch up with Missy S and other delights. I will be going to THC (Wo Hoo) as our house guests don't want the responsibility for my curls and shut their bedroom door so I can't give them the wet nose wake up either. Sigh.
Tiny Tussock will be running the show but hasn't a clue about iPhones. He originally worked as a screen cleaner and has a chamois tummy.
