Footbridge Beach

Mr. Badger, the dogs, and I all headed out for a beach day. This time we headed out to Ogunquit, Me - to Footbridge Beach, which was recommended to us by a co-worker. She was totally right, this place was amazingly beautiful :) And we lucked out with the weather. We both were planning on it being freezing and bundled up. We were pleasantly surprised that while walking around, just jeans and a long sleeved shirt were all we needed! Mr. Badger put all our winter gear back in the car, as it was making us sweaty caring it around even.

The beach is 3 miles long, so we all did at least 6 miles. Corra still hadn't slowed down much by the end, but Loki was tuckered out ;) Hurricane Sandy had done some minor damage to some of the protective walls of the homes and some benches and stairs were missing, but overall, it was in good shape. Just extra seaweed and clams for the dogs to roll in! I took so many pictures ... it took me this long to decide on which one to pick =\ Anyways, we had an awesome day - a little summer fun at the end of Fall!
