Went to the Apple Orchard with my mom today. They still have the same sorting setup that I remember from school trips as a kid. This machine rolls the apples into these spring loaded trays that sort the apples by weight. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world and would have watched it for hours trying to figure out how it works. Adults never wanted to wait around that long...
