If I Was A Better Country Girl

I am not a very good country girl, if I was a better country girl, I would have picked all these elder flowers and made cordial like some of the very good country girls I know...my excuse? I was born in a city, I guess you can take the girl out of London but you can’t take London out of the girl!

Incidentally, I can’t make bread, jam or pastry either...!
