Richard had an appointment to have injections into his knees in Leeds today. Whilst the procedure was in progress I had a walk to Roundhay Park. By the time I arrived I was being summoned back to act as chauffeur.

Fortunately all went well and exercise can be resumed after 48 hours. However it cut down my time to explore. Just time to take the fountains and swans in the upper lake.
