Taking part.......

..... In the Processions 2018 London. Celebrating 100 years of voting for women (well - some of them anyway!). Several thousand women, children and a few men paraded through the streets, from Hyde Park to Westminster. Some carried banners, some dressed up in period costume, some (like me) just wanted to be part of the event and to show appreciation for those women who fought so hard for the rights that we take for granted today. We were given scarves to wear in either green, white or violet and formed streams of the Suffragette colours as we walked. I was a "green".
