Red Rose & Yellow Ball

I took the boys out for an early training session before work. 

Just 10 mins with each dog as today was meant to be their day off. They were happy and it is amazing how much you can do in 10 mins, if you prepare well and are know what you want to achieve. It was great training. Short but sweet. 

It was a day of meetings at work - I went from one meeting to the other all day. And then an extra long walk in the woods with the boys as I needed them to be tired before we came home and I had the next meeting over Skype with the Dog Dancing representatives from the other Nordic countries; Norway, Sweden and Finland. 

Isn't it clever, how you can sit in your own living room and talk to your friends from all over the world?

Today has been a lot cooler. Temperatures around 20 degrees C. It has been a bliss after weeks and weeks of heat weave. The boys have really enjoyed it too - the are more settled, when it is not quite as warm.
