Egyptian grasshopper

This grasshopper sat on our awning this afternoon. Possibly it is here dealing with an Egyptian grasshopper. I am not 100% sure because my knowledge does not go beyond comparisons on Google.
This one has a strong yellow color that probably points to a male locust, but given the size of about 8 cm, you could again say that it is female.
We will just keep it a nice example.
