New St Albans museum

I’m recovering from a stomach complaint so decided to take it easy today. I went along with a friend to see the newly opened St Albans museum and art gallery. I will be honest, I thought the exhibits were very light on content and would only appeal to people who wanted the briefest background to the city. But the highlight was the very impressive Victorian ball room on the top floor where this photo was taken. The exhibition piece here was inspired by Medusa.
