Invest for the future

Over the past two years, extensive replanting has been taking place along the canal du midi, removing plane trees diseased with canker and replacing them. The additional shot shows some old trees as they were. The new beside the old. It is vital to protect our heritage for future generations and to that end pruning is necessary. That is never easy.
Sometimes we need to reflect on our own lives, and see if there is need for pruning so we grow well into the future.
