Relaxing Sunday

As the warm up for watching Rafa, I decided to go for a short walk around Middleton Hall Lakes.

Nearly three hours later, I wandered back to my car, having spent a lovely morning. Damselflies and the biggest Hawker I’ve seen this year, a cheeky squirrel, a Little Egret, baby coots, I had plenty to choose from.

I just loved this friendly little Nuthatch.
