Using the Force

Zimmer vs Williams at the Royal Albert Hall with the London Concert Orchestra conducted by the very entertaining Anthony Inglis. Despite the incredible Star Wars Pieces (Across the Stars, Duel of the Fates, the Imperial March and the opening of Episode IV) Zimmer won hands down from our party. Stand outs for me were Time from Inception and the opening of The Da Vinci Code. For J it was Gladiator.

An incredible experience. And one we wouldn’t have gone to if J hadn’t introduced us all to the works of Hans Zimmer.
