Stuffed
A trip to the grocery store and then spent the day doing a little gardening, a little cleaning and a little cooking. Started with making meatballs and cooking Italian sausage to throw in my bubbling pot of tomato sauce for tomorrow's dinner with the kids. Then onto stuffing these big beautiful portabella mushrooms with tomato, mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic and olive oil. Tonights dinner was vegetable fried rice topped with stir fry beef and broccoli. I was on a cooking roll!!
