Day 98: Newcastle Upon Tyne

First stop of the day was the rather awesome Angel of the North. Resisted the urge for a self portrait of myself as an angel in front of it. Unfortunately, no one else showed the same restraint. Continued into Newcastle for the Great North Museum (I'll agree that it is a museum, and it is in the North...), the wonderful medley of bridges, the BALTIC centre for contemporary art, the Castle Keep....but most importantly.....all those shops.
