Seafood in the city

London fish shops aren't what they used to be but we get supplies brought in. These juicy beauties, from Norfolk people who come in to the Farmer's Market on Sundays, were tonight's dinner. Their stuff is always superb, as is the fish from Paul, who drives his refrigerated van in from Grimsby every Tuesday night and brings to his city customers' doorstep whatever the catch has been that day.
