Spanakopita for tea, think I made a decent go of it too. Really just an excuse to use up yet more freezer leftovers, feuilles de brick this time, but somehow the freezer never seems to get any emptier.
Final visit to the degree show earlier in the day and we got to Evolution House at last. Worth it too, especially when we were persuaded to lie down on a big, soft mattress thing because it was an interactive exhibit. Very restful it was, even if the only interaction was us waving through the window at passers by!
