Well executed Parkrun today... Planned a solid 20 mins / 6.30 pace... Didn't start too quickly and reeled back in a few of the runners ahead of me who faded.
6th place and my fastest time on that course which isn't my regular one. Then gentle 30 mile ride in the afternoon with the future Mrs G
