Out to Lunch

Saturday started slowly. Coffee x 3. Croissant x 3.

Ramunė picked me up early in the afternoon (after she’d got rid of the grandchildren) and whisked me off for a late lunch outside by the lake at Trakai (about 30km outside the city).

After that we needed a walk around the lake to aid digestion. All very pleasant and lots of catching up done. A lot has changed in both our lives in the last 3 years.

I’ve been dropped off briefly so she has time to visit her mother in her care home and walk the dog. Then it’s pub time.

Thought I’d better Blip while I can. It’s the castle at Trakai. The Extra is where we had  lunch, on the opposite shore.
