Snaffling Nuts!

This what greeted me at 6.30am this morning! And me opening the window to take a photo didn't bother he/she either. I grabbed a few quick shots before it disappeared.

Now I know where the left over peanuts go........

It was the first day of "The Festival in the Factory" today. It's the only literary festival held in Stoke-on-Trent. It's the fifth year, and is held at the Emma Bridgewater pottery factory. Except, last year we've been to every one. 

Today we went to see Dan Jones talk about The Templars and H.B. Lyle who has written a series of spy novels and the origins of the Secret Service.
