Taken from the car .....

... Window - -
just before we passed Durham. We had a fairly straight forward journey from the south to the north! My friend and her daughter have a wedding to go to tomorrow and a christening on Sunday then we will travel back on Monday . Mean while I'm staying with my daughter for the weekend.
The weather is fine some sun and a reasonable temperature . It was fine when I left the others in Corbridge and here in Newcastle hopefully it will stay fine over the weekend too.
It's lovely to see the grandchildren and my daughter , maybe we will get out tomorrow for a while but C isn't well at all !

Grateful .... for company driving to Newcastle.
