Last day, last beach

We headed for Cocklawburn beach this morning so Chris and clover could do more fossil hunting. Chris has gathered quite a stash. Saw the beautiful tree trunk. We drove onto Beadnell for lunch past Bamburgh and I got better photos today as there was no mist. Just as I drove out of Bamburgh there were lots of beautiful poppies in the dunes and of course we stopped for a photo shoot. A lovely sandwich lunch at the Craster Arms Beadnell. It turned out sunny again this afternoon. The weather has been much better than predicted. We've walked a total of 20 miles this week and its been fabulous. Another collage to sum up our day.
