REFLECTIONS
Back to full strength after a couple of days of an indefinable virally, achy, snivelly, abject malingering. The Professor has gone about it in a much more convincing fashion, developing an easily definable good old fashioned chesty cough.
Meant to go to yoga by bike, but found myself still in my nightie 15 minutes before it started so had to go by car. Made up for it later by a wee spin on the Duchess down to Castle Semple. The place was fair buzzing with photographers and cyclists ...and no wonder, it was a day... when the air shifted with the shimmer of actual angels... and sunlight
stayed like a halo on hair and heather and hills...*
Have taken a picture each day I was sick, but they were crap. Still, if I felt crap, maybe I should post crap. At least it's honest.
GOOD THINGS:
How much happier and open people are when the sun shines
The limpid waters of the loch reflecting the sky
The greylag geese, demonstrating yoga poses
EXERCISE DIARY
Yoga class
10 miles on the Duchess
