Dog Ear Abstract

So I came home from holiday with two new toys waiting for me: an iPad Mini (on which I'm typing this) and a macro extension tube set for my camera. It's a cheap and cheerful macro kit with no electrical contacts, so it's all wide-open aperture and manual focusing, so a little tricky to get to grips with. I did the usual cliched shots of leaves and coins etc but when I looked back through my shots I was drawn to this slightly abstract effort that is in fact an attempt to capture the dog's ear fur. Came out quite impressionistic (accidentally)...
