House of Fraser in Carlisle is on the hit list. I along with many others are gutted. What is to become of our high street. We no longer have a department store.
It’s got many happy memories of nana taking me for tea in “Binns”, I always remember the heavy silver teapot. I was about 4 years old and the teapot probably wasn’t real silver but I felt like the bees knees.
